About Quick Sum
Quick Sum is a fast mental arithmetic sprint. You get sixty seconds and a stream of sums; pick the right answer out of four choices as quickly as you can.
The questions start with simple additions and gradually bring in subtraction and multiplication as your score grows. Every wrong answer costs three seconds from the clock, so guessing rarely pays off.
It is a great daily brain warm-up — one minute, one score, and a monthly leaderboard to see how your speed compares with players around the world.
How to play
- Read the sum in the middle of the screen.
- Tap the correct answer, or press 1, 2, 3 or 4 on your keyboard.
- Each correct answer is worth one point. A wrong answer removes three seconds.
- The game ends when the timer reaches zero.
Tips for a higher score
- Look at the last digit first: it often rules out two or three choices instantly.
- On a keyboard, rest your fingers on 1–4 so you never look away from the question.
- Accuracy beats speed — three seconds is worth several correct answers.
Monthly leaderboard
Only your best Quick Sum score of the current month counts. The leaderboard resets at 00:00 UTC on the first day of every month, and the top three are added to the Hall of Champions.
